{"id":4172,"date":"2024-04-15T09:27:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T06:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zapazijivot.org\/?p=4172"},"modified":"2024-04-11T10:46:38","modified_gmt":"2024-04-11T07:46:38","slug":"zashto-sme-za-ravni-prava","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zapazijivot.org\/en\/zashto-sme-za-ravni-prava\/","title":{"rendered":"Why are we for equal rights?"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It treats all forms of abortion exactly the same: as murder. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It provides equal protection of the laws to all persons from the moment of conception.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It ensures that the same protections given to people born are given to people BEFORE they are born.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We must listen to God&#039;s word and be consistent with our logic and reasoning to ensure equal protection for all people from conception. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proverbs 20:23 states that unequal weights and measures are an abomination to God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the duty of the Christian church to love our neighbors as we love ourselves and to treat everyone equally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Jim Crow era and the issue of slavery was disgusting because the people were treated with such depravity and evil. It is wrong to say that a type of people are not human because of the color of their skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We must recognize the evil of unequal justice and ensure that all God&#039;s image bearers are protected and given justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">God commands us to hate unequal measures and burdens, whereby we should have equal protection for all men from conception. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We must not allow people to be killed because all people are image bearers of God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We must bring justice and protect the orphans.
